Who can use this page

This page is for SSDomada reseller accounts (web dashboard and SSDomada Reseller mobile app). Guest WiFi customers who only bought a voucher do not have a reseller account here.

What is deleted

  • Your login, profile, and company / brand settings
  • Sites, access points, SSIDs, packages, and captive portal branding
  • Payment history, wallet, and withdrawal records tied to your reseller account
  • Notifications and preferences

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Withdraw any remaining wallet balance and wait for pending withdrawals to finish before deleting.

Delete your account (self-service)

Sign in, then use Settings → Account → Delete account on the web or mobile app. You must enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

Need help?

Email support@ssdomada.com from your registered address if you cannot access your account.
