Terms of Service

By using SSDomada (website, dashboard, guest portals, or mobile app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SSDomada provides tools for resellers to sell guest WiFi access, manage Omada devices, accept payments, and operate captive portals. Features depend on your subscription plan. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• Comply with applicable laws (telecommunications, consumer protection, tax, and data protection).
• Obtain any consent required from guests who use your WiFi portal.
• Do not use the platform for illegal content, spam, or abuse.
• Maintain your own Omada hardware and internet connectivity where applicable.

Subscription fees, commissions, withdrawal fees, and payment processing are described in your plan and dashboard. You are responsible for charges you incur and for taxes on your business income.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or compromise platform security. You remain responsible for activity under your account.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted WiFi or third-party services (Omada, mobile money, etc.). Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
