1. Who we are
SSDomada ("we", "us") provides a WiFi billing and management platform for resellers, including the website at ssdomada.site, the reseller web dashboard, guest captive portals, and the SSDomada Reseller mobile app (Android package site.ssdomada.reseller).

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored in hashed form), company or brand name.
- Business data: WiFi packages, sites, access points, SSIDs, vouchers, client sessions, and Omada device identifiers needed to operate your network.
- Financial data: wallet balance, payment records, commissions, withdrawal requests, and related transaction metadata (we do not store full mobile-money PINs).
- Portal branding: logos, background images, welcome text, and terms you upload for your guest WiFi portal.
- Guest WiFi usage: phone numbers or voucher codes submitted on your captive portal, session duration, and technical identifiers (e.g. MAC address, IP) required to grant access.
- Mobile app: authentication tokens stored securely on your device, optional camera and photo-library access when you upload portal images, and network connectivity status to show offline messages.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser or app version, and error logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.
3. How we use information
- Create and manage your reseller account and subscription.
- Operate guest WiFi access, billing, payments, and payouts.
- Sync and manage Omada access points on your behalf when you connect your controller.
- Send service notifications (e.g. device offline, payment received) by email, SMS, or in-app messages where enabled.
- Improve security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- Provide customer support when you contact us.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, for legitimate interests in operating a secure platform, and where required to comply with law. Where consent is required (for example, optional marketing), you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Payment providers (e.g. mobile money or card processors) to complete transactions you initiate.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that host our application and database.
- TP-Link Omada / controller services when you link devices to manage your network.
- Email or SMS delivery providers for transactional messages.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Each provider is used only to deliver the service and is expected to protect data appropriately.
6. Data retention
We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account subject to obligations to retain certain records (e.g. payment history).
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure token storage on mobile devices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we work to reduce risk and will notify you of significant breaches where required by law.
8. Account deletion
Resellers can permanently delete their account from ssdomada.site/delete-account or from Settings → Account in the web dashboard or mobile app.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access or receive a copy of your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data in your profile or settings.
- Request deletion or restriction of processing.
- Object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

10. Mobile app permissions (Google Play)
- Internet — connect to SSDomada servers.
- Network state — show when you are offline and use cached data.
- Camera and photos — optional, only when you choose to upload portal logo or background images.
- Secure storage — keep your login session on the device.
11. Children
Our reseller services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 through the reseller app. Guest portal use is controlled by the reseller operating the network.
12. International transfers
Data may be processed on servers located outside your country. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards when data is transferred internationally.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in on the web dashboard and to remember preferences (e.g. language). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without essential cookies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
